The concern for my market which is small businesses is how do we get over the issue of trust around payments. Amazon etc hold your credit card details and rightly or wrongly you trust them. Therefore you can do push button buying on the site. For a small business asking for credit card details on a phone is a nightmare. Paypal etc is no good we need a solid e-cash based system that all the banks and card providers sign up to that allows you to take payments easily on a phone.
How likely is this or we are looking at a world dominated by just a hand full of vendors.
Mobile payments is a growing industry so I see every major web gateway turning to mobile very soon. Many of them have already and the rest will follow. There are also so many types of mobile billing methods available from standard card payments, to SMS and network billing.
Do you know the 2011 mCommerce world income?
Your product is great!
Im looking for a research from the global mCommerce information for a customer (Im going to recomend use mobi-cart)
Thanks
Thank you Dan, really appreciated.
We only have the stats from our ‘It’s from all around the world’ section above but I will keep a look out for more.
