New customer support portal

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new support portal.

While our old system worked very well, it lacked some important features such as dedicated support options via email, online chat, complex SLAs and access via mobile.

We’ve also consolidated all our help documentation in one place to make searching much easier.

MobiCart founder to mentor on accelerator program

MobiCart is sharing its expertise to help budding entrepreneurs get off the ground.

MobiCart founder and CEO Wladimir Baranoff-Rossine has been invited to mentor young businesses through the national Oxygen Accelerator program.

The 13-week intensive mentor-led bootcamp aims to help technology start-ups find their feet through a series of classes and one-to-ones with the mentors, who can share their wealth of knowledge and experience.

The course ends with the start-ups pitching to a hand-picked group of Angel investors, VCs and private equity groups for next stage funding.

MobiCart raises awareness of polycystic kidney disease

MobiCart is urging people to dig deep to help find a cure for a deadly kidney condition.

The heartfelt plea comes directly from MobiCart founder & CEO, Wladimir Baranoff-Rossine after a close friend’s mum, Michèle Booth, died after being diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease.

He has now joined the fight to help raise funds to be ploughed into finding a cure for the disease.

Polycystic Kidney Disease is the most common life-threatening genetic disease, that sees fluid-filled cysts develop in both kidneys.

It affects an estimated 12.5 million people worldwide.
